While installing Google Site Kit Plugin on this blog, I got following error:

The request to the authentication proxy has failed with an error: site not found Get help.

The Solution

From Site Kit click on Reset Site Kit link to reset and it will work

Hello Ajay, I’m also getting same error on Hostinger. Did you find a solution to this problem?

You are right, it’s the Jetpack which is causing this issue. I’ve already removed Jetpack completely.
